The face loses natural volumes and the contours are less well defined.<\/p>\n<p>L-polylactic acid (Sculptra) and calcium hydroxyapatite (Radiesse) are biocompatible and biodegradable products. Their injection into the deep dermis stimulates the natural production of collagen.<\/p>\n<p>These products are particularly indicated in order to increase the volume of hollow zones (hollows of the cheeks, deep nasolabial folds, chin contour) and therefore naturally remodel the face.<\/p>\n<p>Injection is carried out using a fine needle or microcannula under local anaesthetic. Your dermatologist evaluates the volume to be injected as well as the depth of injection as a function of each anatomical region.<\/p>\n<p>The results are very natural and appear gradually after a few weeks. They can last up to 2 years and even more because they allow the skin, by stimulating it, to produce its own collagen.<\/p>\n<p>A few minor side effects such as redness and hypersensitivity can occur but disappear spontaneously within a few days.<\/p>\n<p>3 sessions at 4 to 6 week intervals are necessary depending on age, depth of wrinkles and desired results.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>With age, wrinkles are not the only factor to make the face less attractive.
